At Lights, Camera, Cosplay, we believe in celebrating the creators who make this community unforgettable. Whether it’s their talent, dedication, creativity, or kindness, we want to highlight the people who are making a difference in the cosplay world.

You can nominate yourself or a fellow cosplayer—someone whose work deserves to be recognized and appreciated. Whether they’re a newcomer making waves or a seasoned creator quietly inspiring others, we want to hear their story.

HOW IT WORKS

Spotlight winners are selected periodically, with a goal of choosing new features every month.
Once a nomination is submitted, the nominee is entered into our ongoing selection pool—no need to resubmit!
Winners will be contacted via email first, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop.
Spotlights come in a variety of formats depending on the space available and the story shared—but all are celebrated equally.

Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility Spotlight nominees do not need to be 18 years or older. If the nominee is under 18, a parent or guardian must fill out the nomination form on their behalf and provide consent for participation. 2. Content Ownership All submitted photos and bios remain the intellectual property of the nominee. By submitting a nomination, the nominee (or their parent/guardian if under 18) grants LCC the right to publish, distribute, and promote the spotlight content, both online and in print. 3. Originality Any submitted content (such as photos and bios) must be original or used with proper permission. Plagiarized or unauthorized content will not be accepted. 4. Tone and Style Spotlights should highlight the nominee’s journey, creativity, or passion for cosplay in a positive and respectful manner. All content must align with LCC’s values of diversity, inclusion, and creativity in the cosplay community. 5. Parental Consent (for Minors) For nominees under 18, a parent or guardian must provide written consent for their participation. This includes consent for the publication of the nominee’s bio, photos, and any additional content in LCC. 6. Photos and Bios Basic Spotlights include one photo and a short bio on a shared page. Premium Spotlights allow for multiple photos and a longer bio on a dedicated full page. 7. Editorial Rights LCC reserves the right to edit submitted bios for clarity, grammar, and length. All edits will be made with respect to the original content, and significant changes will be reviewed with the nominee (or parent/guardian). 8. Deadlines and Selection Process Spotlights are selected through monthly drawings from all nominations. Once nominated, nominees remain in the pool for future drawings and do not need to re-enter. Premium Spotlights are available for purchase to guarantee placement in an upcoming edition.
