Terms & Conditions Vendor Ad Terms and Conditions 1. Eligibility and Agreement Vendors must provide products or services related to cosplay, conventions, or related fandoms, including but not limited to anime, gaming, or pop culture. By purchasing an ad space with LCC, the vendor agrees to abide by the terms outlined below. 2. Content Rating All ad content must remain appropriate for a general audience, with a maximum rating of PG-13. Ads that promote adult or explicit content, violence, or inappropriate language will not be accepted. If a product, event, or service has a minimum age for participation or purchase, this must be clearly stated within the ad. 3. Content Submission Guidelines Vendors are responsible for submitting ad copy, images, and any related media in the appropriate formats and by the agreed-upon deadlines. Ad content must include a website or social media handle and/or a scannable QR code that links to a stable web link (i.e., one that will not expire or change). Since the magazine is a permanent publication, all links should remain active for future readers of past editions. 4. Editorial Rights LCC reserves the right to edit submitted content for length, clarity, and compliance with our content rating standards. Any significant edits will be communicated with the vendor before publication. 5. Termination and Refund Policy LCC reserves the right to terminate the vendor ad agreement at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of content guidelines. If LCC terminates the agreement, the vendor will receive a full refund. Vendors may also cancel their agreement before the ad submission deadline and receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after the ad has been published or the final deadline has passed. 6. Ad Placement and Duration Ad placements (e.g., full-page, half-page, banner ad) will be fulfilled based on availability and are guaranteed within the specified edition or timeframe. Placement within the magazine is subject to editorial discretion but will aim to provide optimal visibility. 7. Liability LCC is not responsible for any errors, misprints, or omissions in the submitted ad content that occur after final vendor approval. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their content, including any claims made within the ad regarding products, services, or promotions. 8. Payment Terms Payment for ad space is due at the time of booking. Ads will not be published until full payment is received. Additional fees may apply if changes to the ad require extra design or editorial work beyond the original submission.
